3-DAY RETURNS
Items purchased from Guns and Thighs are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 03 days of delivery.

FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges free of cost. This means you wont be charged extra to return or exchange the product(s). It's on us! We want your experience to be hassle-free.

THE PROCESS

Step 1:
Maintain good condition. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package along with the invoice in the same way it was delivered.

Step 2:
Access our returns center - Link & follow necessary steps.

Step 3:
Our team schedules a pick-up that should take up to 3-5 days. In case of a size exchange, our team ships the new size(s) in parallel. For a returns that result in refund the product would have to reach our facility for quality inspection.

SECOND EXCHANGES COME AT A COST
Second exchanges for the same order will not be free. We give you 2 options:

1. You can ship the product on your behalf or have it physically dropped off at our office (if you are Bangalore).

2. We have it picked up for a Flat fee of Rs.150. Our team will send you a link to make the payment. The pickup will only be scheduled after payment has be completed.

EXCHANGING FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it's less, the same can be refunded to you as store credit.
